I am a licensed psychologist, psychoanalyst who has been in practice for over 30 years. I have a full time private practice in East Northport where I work with individuals, groups, and couples. I am a Past President of the Suffolk County Psychological Association, currently a member of the SCPA Ethics Committee, past President of the Northeast Psychological Associates and currently the treasurer. I was a supervisor at the Pederson Krag Center in Huntington for many years where I served as Coordinator of the Eating Disorders Program and Director of Externships. I have been appointed to faculty positions at the Doctoral Psychology Programs of L.I.U./C.W.Post, St. Johns University and Pace University. I received my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies and Post Doctoral Certificates in Psychotherapy and in Psychoanalysis and Group Psychotherapy from the Derner Institute at Adelphi University. I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist. I work extensively with couples and also specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, infertility issues, and the elderly and their families.
